Peel force

Peel force is the most important technical indicator of the cover tape. The placement manufacturer needs to peel the cover tape from the carrier tape, take out the electronic components enclosed in the pocket and mount it on the circuit board. In this process, in order to ensure that the robot can be accurately positioned, the electronic components will not jump or flip, and the force of the cover tape peeling off the carrier tape must be sufficiently stable. The size of electronic components is getting smaller and smaller, so the requirements for stable peeling force are getting higher and higher.
