一． The characteristics of PS material:

PS is an amorphous polymer with good fluidity and low water absorption. It is a transparent plastic that is easy to be shaped and processed. It has strong coloring power and high hardness. But PS products are brittle, easy to produce internal stress cracking, poor heat resistance, non-toxic, specific gravity of 1.08g/cm³ . The gloss of PS products is better with the increase of mold temperature; PS specific heat is low, its production of some molds quickly cooled and solidified, cooling speed is faster than general raw materials.
