PS Protective Band
Descriptions
Our protective bands are made of ps with carbon-loaded designed to be wound around the diameter of standard size shipping reels of loaded carrier tape. The band covers the outermost wrap of carrier tape to provide added protection for packaged components.

1. Width: 8mm~200mm (Tolerance: ± 0.1mm) ;
2. Thickness: 0.2mm~2.5mm (Tolerance: ± 0.02mm) ;
3. Length is customized. it can be jumbo roll,slitted roll or strips
4. Density: 1.06g/cm3
5. Color: black
6. Surface resistivity: 10e4~10e6 ohms
7. Process: Monolayer 3 layers co-extrustion
8. One side is glossy another side is matte
9. Certificates: ISO9001,REACH,CTI RoHS.
