PS Conductive Flatstock are widely used for making carrier tape or tray for use of manufacturing line in order to prevent electronic componenets from static electricity interference. Electrically-conductive properties on plastic are realized by special coating technology or compounding technology. Upon customer's requirement, we can offer wide range of thermoforming sheets available.

1. Width: 8mm~200mm (Tolerance: ± 0.1mm) ;
2. Thickness: 0.2mm~2.5mm (Tolerance: ± 0.02mm) ;
3. Density: 1.06g/cm3
4. Color: black,
5. Surface resistivity: 10e4~10e6 ohms
6. Certificates: ISO9001,REACH,CTI RoHS.
7. Storage conditions: The sheet material should be storage indoors away from direct sunlight with a tempersture range of 18℃~35℃ and relative humidity levels between 35%~65%
