The characteristics of PC material: 1. Amorphous material, good thermal stability, wide forming temperature range, poor fluidity. Hygroscopicity is small, but sensitive to water, must be dried with white powder. Molding shrinkage is small, and easy to melt cracking and stress concentration, so the molding conditions must be strictly controlled, and the plastic parts must be annealed. 2. For plastic parts with high melting temperature and viscosity greater than 200G, it is recommended to use a heated extension nozzle.
